can someone explain me about SQL?
i have a forum with 20-40 members online all day.
my DB file is 200 mb.(and just crashed when there where 47 online)

Looks like that big number of concurrent users is too much for Access to handle. I'd say you'd need to migrate either to SQL Server or MySQL, depending on the options offered by your host. Both are able to handle your needs.

iv'e got Microsoft SQL Server 2000 on my host.

is it going to be hard to do?

Not if you have a tool like SQL Server Enterprise Manager. And there is a procedure on how to do it explained here: http://forum.snitz.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=31144

sorry- it sound like Gibrish for me.

i created a clean database but i'm runnig Serverhacker Snitz version
and it's got lots of mod inside.

That will be no problem as long as you run the mod setup for each of the mods.

It's very important to follow that strategy, otherwise your database will have structural problems that can compromise the way the forum works now and in the future.
