A design like that takes a lot of work and recoding. Your best bet would be to start small. Try out the Site Integration MOD over at SnitzBitz. If you're looking for something exactly like that page, you may also try posting over there to see what they did to get that look and feel.

Wouldn't it be much easier to start from Images portal-version of Snitz, http://imageforum2001.securenet.net/forum/default.asp. I did it that way and it works perfect with a structure and functionality similar to site mentioned. However I need to work a lot on the look of my site before it is as nice as christanchurch but I am sure that it could be done even by me with very small experience of web-design.
