My son is a student at an Erie PA high school. Someone has used your service
to create a school related web site...."trojanspot.com". An unauthorized
party has signed onto the site, using my sons email address and name. They have posted 16 messages so far, all
inappropriate, can we prevent this, and remove the messages somehow? Please
advise who we can contact if you are unable to help. We would also like to
know who is in charge of the web site. We tried emailing to their
info@trojanspot.com address listed on the web site, but the mail was
undeliverable.
