Ive had my forum working on the web previous to changing my hosting package, as soon as i have changed my hosting and uploaded the same forum it no longer works. At first i thought the new hosting didnt support the forum, but as this isnt the case im not sure what else it could be. It brought up a messge that said:

"HTTP ERROR 403 - you are forbidden to view this page"

Has anyone else had this problem? if so what can i do to fix it?

You'll need to speak to your host about it, it could be a number of things, DNS may not have propagated ie your loading the page from the old server rather than the new etc.
