When pasting a link into a topic only part of the link is active.
e.g. The complete link
http://www.modoracle.com/?page=http://www.modoracle.com/news/detail.h2f?id=8706
only has this part active
http://www.modoracle.com/?page=

Why?

It's because of the two http://s and www.s you have in that string. To get a link like that to work, use something like:

[url="http://www.modoracle.com/?page=http://www.modoracle.com/news/detail.h2f?id=8706"]LINK[/url]
