The current forum only lets you have one category and sub category but I need to make this at least one level deeper. I have been through the Mods section here but nothing ever was finished although many people want this.
Does anyone know of a work around, a mod or altrenative solution?
It's very important as I'm changing my forum structure to allow growth into new areas etc.
As far as I know, this still doesn't exist. I vaguely remember people talking about making a mod for this. Try searching the forums here for "sub forums mod". That should pull up a few topics where it was discussed.

hi muzishun, yes i found all posts on this in the Mod section, one person got something together for his own site but never released it to anyone else by the looks.
Well I'm going to have to leave snitz as this is an important feature and most forum software has this feature these dys to allow sub forums. I like the look of community server and that has unlimited sub forums and quite a few other nice features.
I would much rather stay with Snitz as moving and migrating is not something I want to do unless critical and it is. My options also include moving to phpBB which might be ok to.
They both have snitz converters/importers too

Good luck with the migration ... So far i remember me it takes a lot off work to support multilevels. Not many people need more sub-levels than the standard ones.
