 Registration email not working

When new user is replying email send to them for confirm n complete the registration process. They got this error message

(HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found.
Internet Information Services (IIS))


Try a few setting n check with aspmail,CDOSYS (IIS 5/5.1/6),CDONTS (IIS 3/4/5)and test with testemailcomponent.asp

JMail 4.x: not installed

SA-Smtp Mail: not installed
SMTP: not installed

Check the forum URL, in Admin Options->Main Config. Quite certainly it is not correct, and the URL for the user reply is affected by that.

Thanks for reply

"/forum/ or /forum.asp/" won work but the "/" is a must for config
"/forum.asp" work

My mistake, hahaha. I fellow the example given on help panel which say
"The Forum URL is the base address for your forum. An example would be: http://forum.snitz.com/forum "

But for my case it should be just only my http://mooncyclists.com. And not http://mooncyclists.com/forum

I just fellow it blindly without thinking where my file is installs.
