I was wondering if there is a mod available that allows certain people, such as the admins and moderators, the ability to e-mail everyone in a group (that is assuming you have installed the User Groups mod)?

It would be an extension to the User Groups mod. Has that mod ever been 'finalized' by Nikkol?
