Podge - I just checked and SP1 is already installed on my machine, so that doesn't look like it's the problem. :-(

Is there any way to manually do the count? The only page this is really affecting as far as I can tell is the 'main' page - forum posts aren't being counted. Also, what if I simply copy a new version of the admin_count.asp file from one of the later Snitz versions?

UPDATE: I have found that a similar error happens when I try and archive a lot of posts, so I think this is a timeout problem in disguise. :-(

I would probably guess as much. There is a SQL Script for archiving, by Jeepaholic. I think it is for a base forum (maybe with a couple mods), but if you're interested it can be a starting point to solve the archiving problems.

Probably a SQL script is also the fix for your current issue. Unfortunately I don't think there is one.
Maybe I'll try writing one, one of these days, when I get some free time :).
