Your not going to believe this, I hardly do myself... But I'm hoping it has something to do with the coding of the forums...

I added several new emoticons and changed the path accordingly. I added all the new emoticons to a <forum path>/smilies directory. Here is the emoticon portion of my inc_iconfiles.asp:

You can see where I changed the path and size of several emoticons, and this worked fine for months... Now it's not working anymore... My users and myself cannot see the smiles in the Add Post form, there is just a placeholder (with an X in it)....

The last thing I did was install the Poll Mod...

Any idea where I should look first for a problem? The directory is still there with all the files in it...

Once again, I'm at a loss... Any suggestions here would really help!

Why not avoid confusion and put all your smilies/images in one folder? Then set your image location in the admin options to that folder?

Well, that is the plan. I'm just doing it this way until I find replacements for all the smilies...
