Hi, I run an online community, a downloads forum. It has approx. 85,000 pageviews a day and 15,000 uniques a day. 12,000 registered in 4 months, 60 new ones every day with email verification on, 130-200 online users on average (record is 436). If i wanted to what would be the approx price i could sell it for?

I'm not sure. What is your website URL? I might be interested in such a purchase. |

it's worth what someone will pay for it - if it's a modelling-clay appreciation site it'll be worth less than a similarly busy "I've got too much money and am looking for things to spend it on" site ;-)
I guess you want to sell it as a business concern as opposed to just selling the domain, so look carefully at the target market - you'll need to profile them by age/gender/geographical location/disposable income for anyone serious to consider buying it - they'll want to be able to work out how long it'll take them to recover their costs. Look at your USP's too (dontcha love TLA's) - If you are the world's #2 modelling clay appreciation site, Microsoft won't care, but a clay manufacturer would, as it'd be a very targeted audience.

Not sure what it's worth. I tried signing up but I never got the email verification. Is it a forum with links to warez? Doesn't sound like my cup of tea. |

Just a thought, but the people this would be most valuable to would be law enforcers to get a list of known copyright violators...but I don't see how it would have any value to anyone else (whilst a well-targeted group, they are not exactly high-spending license-paying customers ) |
