Hi

I have followed the instructions to setup the fourm and got all the way through up to page that say Forum Setup Complete. I click to open the Forum and get an internal error message which says "The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Your administrator may not have enabled CGI access for this directory"

What have I done wrong?

I am using the latest version of Snitz (download only on friday) my web host is Telivo.com
I am not sure if it is me or something that I need to sort out with webhoster.

Which hosting plan do you have? The first plan does not support ASP. The rest use Sun ONE ASP which I believe has some problems with Snitz.

I have the Starter Plus Hosting package which does support ASP.

Am I better off using an Access Databse rather than the MySQL ?

If I were you, I would either use another host which supports ASP using a Windows server, or use another forum script using your current host.

I have searched for SUN One errors and found the fixes. It is working now. thanks Will
