Yes! It's about time that bastard goes to jail! This is the guy I was talking about in this post. Of course, my research says it was more like $500,000, but at least he goes to jail!

Associated Press
TACOMA, Wash. -- The former information technology manager of a company that owns restaurants in southwest Washington and Oregon has pleaded guilty to a fraud charge.
James Michael McBride, 44, of Vancouver pleaded guilty Wednesday to a charge of interstate transportation of money obtained by fraud.
Federal prosecutors say McBride, once the IT manager for The Holland, Incorporated, generated 51 fraudulent invoices for computer and business equipment purchased for the company.
Prosecutors say invoices and payments by The Holland were made to a company that McBride owned and controlled.
Once McBride received funds for the purported purchases, court documents say he deposited the money to a personal account, then used it to buy personal items, including jewelry and auto parts.
In all prosecutors say McBride stole about $202,000.
He faces up to 10 years of imprisonment and a $250,000 fine. He's scheduled to be sentenced by U.S. District Judge Ronald Leighton in Tacoma on July first.

Nope...he plead guilty, so they didn't need anything from me. In fact, they never talked to me at all. After I pulled the rug out from underneath him, we did our own corporate internal investigation, which I participated in, but he then admitted his guilt and I never once had to talk to the cops or the feds about it.quote: All good things come to those who wait!
Thanks Shaggy! It's been a long wait...he was officially fired June 13, 2003!

You should edit this topic title to show "Vancouver, Wash" otherwise most people will assume you are referring to Vancouver, BC.

Done! And you're right...when I tell people I live in Vancouver, they always assume BC. But then when I say I live in Washington, I have to say "State" or they assume DC.
Here's more info on the story at OregonLive.com.
