I never really intended to use the pop_avatarlegend.asp since the images show dynamically next to the drop down box.
But you can get it here if you want it:
http://www1.domaindlx.com/dssdbs/files/pop_avatarlegend.zip
you can use this code as a link for it on your page somewhere:
<a href="JavaScript:openWindow3('pop_avatarlegend.asp')"><img src="icon_smile_question.gif" alt="Preview Avatars" border="0"></a> |

Technically it is done, just need to do the database setup scripts and test it with SQL Server and MySQL, I've already tested it with Access.

Avatar has grown quite popular on my site. I want to implement avatar ownership too. When can we expect to see new version, richard?
Don't mean to rush ya, I know how it feels too.

Richard seems like this is for version 2 b/c i noticed the member_id part of the avatar select statement. Had to comment that out before it work.
Also look at what I've done to it. http://www.iamviet.com/forum/pop_avatarlegend.asp
(people checking this out, please do not use same avatars i'm using for my site).
need to add paging and i'll release it. Might wait for the update from you though.

It's taking me a little longer than I expected to get v2 done.
I've still got to update the installation instructions and write some upgrade instructions for those that have v1 installed. Hope to have it done by the end of this week. I've been unusually busy at home. |
