I just installed Mike's File Attachment mod. I set it up to allow up to a 15MB jpg. When I try to upload more than a 500kb file it goes to a white screen, then to a page not found. When I check the upload directory the files aren't there, but are there for smaller files. Anyone know how to fix this or have the same problem?

it's a server problem, where the upload of large file lead to an out of time error.

I just had to rewrite the code and use a different method of uploading.

I just moved to a new server and can't use the asp upload that I was using so I'm gonna have to go back to the original. When I did I got the same error. Does anyone know where to set the timeout?

could i have a look at the files you modified to use asp upload? I AM HAVING THE same problem and my server does host asp upload. I would find it really usefull to see the files that have to be modified in the mikes files attachment mod.

i looked into the timeout thing and it can only be changed on the server. It depends how your server works. If you are having hosting through a virtual directory it cant be changed. If you have a hole site devoted to you then it can be changed, however this is unlikely as most server companies just use virtual directories to fit lots of customers onto 1 server. You would have to find another method.
