Is there a MOD out there that will allow me to suspend users for a period of time then automatically let them back in at the end of the suspension period?

I have read through tht eposts on IP Gate but not sure if that is what I am looking for.

Thanks

I think I have one someone posted awhile back, however, I don't know if it is automated. I'll post here later if I have it.

Cheers,

You could install the UserGroups MOD. However, the current version offers no functions that allow you to assign members to a group for a period of time.

IPGate does allow you to suspend (aka ban) users for definable time scales. I use it to enforce my 3/5/10 day bans as needed.

Chuck . . .

Thats sounds like the exact solution I am looking for. It sounds like you have set up three levels of suspension (ban) and with each offense the time increases.

Perfect.

Yup, my mods just agree how long someone is to be banned for. Then I set the dates the IPGate, once the ban is over they are able to reenter the forum as normal, then once a month or so I delete out all the expired bans.
