Hi,
I've set up the Snitz forum but I have a problem: - when a new user has registered and trying to reply or create a new topic he get an error: "You are not allowed to post on this forum". What could be the problem? Only me, the administrator, can reply and create new topics.
Thanks, Mircea |

Sounds like either the forum in which they are trying to post is locked, or you have setup a private forum and the user's who can't post, aren't members of the forum in question.
Can you post a link to your forum? |

Just in case it happens in all the forums, even when you create new ones: Are you using Sql Server and imported the Access database into it ?

The link to the forum is: http://www.buchgourmet.com/forum. I use Access 2000. There is only one forum and it's not locked (the forum it's not private).

It's very weird! When I sent the message the new posting didn't worked. Now, althought I didn't do anything, the new postings from new users (new topics and replies)are working. Can't explain that.Maybe someone can. Now, sorry, but I have to password protect the Forum.
