I want to do change the layout of my forum and I don't really know where to find this in the code. Right now my PM mod is right below the login/logout. You know how you can set a pic to appear on the left? I want to get rid of that all together and put the PM mod right in its place. Anyone know how?

If everything seems to be going your way, you have obviously overlooked something.

Found it thanks Richard. Just one last question I'm trying to include inc_top.asp in some of my other non-forum .asp files but I always get the error

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified

/forums/hottub/inc_top.asp, line 1

Any ideas?

you'll need to include config.asp also.
