Is there a way for the forum admin to view/retrieve passwords of members of the forum?

Not with the new versions of Snitz. They are encrypted and are not able to be de-encrypted.

So, since I do not have the email functions enabled, there is no way to retrieve a lost password, right?

If you are an admin of the forum, you can change a users password by simply going in to their profile and change the password there.
