Hi I´ve downloaded the forum and installed it on my pc at home, a W98 with PWS. Everything works just fine with the snitz_forum_2000.mdb. But the server I´ve tried to upload it to is a W2K IIS5. What changes must I do in the config.asp? I´m almost a total newbie on this
You would just need to change the location of the database in the strConnString.
If you don't the location of your database on the server, download the Where Am I? file from here: http://forum.snitz.com/archive/default.asp?catid=11&cattitle=Forum+Setup+Tools and upload it to where your database is, and run it from your browser. It will tell you the location your database is in. Use that for your strConnString.
