I made upgrade to Forums V3.4.05 Multi-Language Skin3D Portal.

I follow all the instructions in read me file but I have this Error :

The database could not be opened !!
Check your config.asp file and set the
strConnString so it points to the database.
Also check if strDBType is set to the right databasetype.

Code : 80004005

Error Description :
'D:\Inetpub\webs\assistentidivoloorg\database\snitz_forums_2000.mdb' is not a valid path. Make sure that the path name is spelled correctly and that you are connected to the server on which the file resides.

Thanks for helping me. Paolo.

Is that the path to your database? If you're not sure, use whereami.asp in the tools zip to find it.

Search is your friend

I found this file "whereami.asp". It was zipped in tools.

What I have to do with this file? I have to download in Forum folder and run it ?

Thank you Shaggy

I copy old config.asp and I don't have that problem. Now I have :

Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0131'

Disallowed Parent Path

/Forum/include/inc_mainmenu_forum.asp, line 1

The Include file '../inc_fileuploading.asp' cannot contain '..' to indicate the parent directory.
