I work for a company named Building Software in the UK. Ive used Snitz in the past and found it extremely easy to use, and to keep track of posts.

We run Benchmarking Clubs for our users of our Benchmarking software range, and I wondered if it would be legal for us to use Snitz Forum on our website so our clients could have a good old chat with each other.

Loads of freeware is just that, as long as you are not using it for financial gain.

Would it be possible for Building Software Ltd to use Snitz without breaking any legislation?

Regards

Ju

Yes, you are able to use Snitz on a for-profit website provided of course, you are making no direct financial gain from selling on the base Snitz code which dosn't appear to be something that applies to you.
