HuwR was playing with it. It's not really an Ad though, it wasn't selling anything, simply promoting a good cause.

It seems to have been removed. In IE the add showed correctly anyway.

I use IE and noticed in topics the posting options and banner were useing the same space.

It was a link to comic relief's rednose day which was yesterday, it is a fundraising event for charity, last year they raised > 60 million GBP, it is a very good cause and all the fundraisong has a comedy basis so it is just good fun and a way of supporting and helping the poor and needy wherever they are in the world.

update, the total raised by the end of yesterday was 37,809,564 this amount normally doubles by the time all the fundraising ends, so looks like another good effort.
