Got linkage so we can see for ourselves? Have you tried looking at that member's details in the database to see if there's anything unexpected entered in any of the fields?

What did you delete? Any idea what it was that was causing the problem? It may have been a "special" character which the Dev Team would need to be alerted of so they can include a check for it in a future release.
