Can't reach Ranko our official Web Monkey and I'm experiencing a forum problem I am not competent to diagnose. Ranko recently upgraded our forum at http://www.GayRites.NET/forum to the latest Snitz version. Here's the problem: I have a new member languising in the pending category but I am unable to activate her manually. When I click the "activate account" link, I get this error:

Microsoft VBScript compilation error '800a03ea'

Syntax error

/forum/register.asp, line 49

" <a href=""default.asp""><font face=""" & strDefaultFontFace & """ size=""" & strDefaultFontSize & """ color=""#ffffff"">" & strForumTitle & "</font></a> :: " &
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------^

Can anyone help me with this?

Does the line above end with a & or a &_ You may just need to add a Response.Write in front of the line if the line above that line ends with an & or is a statement of some kind.

If You Have to Ask, You Wouldn't Understand.

You'll either need to add an underscore (_) to the end of that line of remove the ampersand (&) depending on what line 50 looks like. If you're not sure which to do, post lines 49&50 and we'll let you know.

Thanks, Guys! Ranko re-appeared and it turned out to be a semi-colon that was needed somewhere. I can't believe that you guys know this stuff!
