I have someone trying to register who cannot get past the registration screen. They say they are not using a firewall. BTW, I have the referrer mod installed.
Could this be Mac related? I doubt it since I think I already have members who are MAC users.
No cookies wouldn't prevent them registering. Which page is it they can't get past? policy.asp or the registration page itself? What's happening? Are they getting redirected back? an error? or just nothing happening?

I think they're being redirected to the policy.asp
It sounds like a NAV problem but they say they are not using a firewall + I already have the referrer mod installed. Seems to be a unique problem because lots of people have registered since installing the mod.
