I have Snitz 3.4.05, mySQL database and a solid email provider.

When a new user registers I am able to have an indication of this registration emailed to me, via the 'Admin Notification of a new user registering - MOD'

I can also use the Added the email all members MOD - http://whipp.us/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=18 to send emails to all my members.

Yet, when I use the "subscriptions" feature, I never ever receive notification of a change or addition of a new message. I have tried "board subscriptions" as well as various configurations to make this work.

So I guess I would like to ask for some direction as too what files contain the code fro subscription emails? BTW, it never has worked for me, I have tried so so many things, I just do not understand why the mods work fine and the core application is giving me grief, also I have tried virgin code on my system and for whatever reason I never ever get the subscriptions to work.

Yes, it doesn't work. The Snitz folks are not saying anything and it appears they don't want to admit it's broken in a major way.

Update: I followed directions from another thread, (sorry not sure which one now) and it advised me to ensure that I have in Feature configuration, subscribe to whole board, then goto each forum and set to "forum subscription allowed"

It does work now!

It looked like I had it set that way to begin with, however my messages are now appearing so I am happy.

Amil, it's enough to post about any given problem once. Do not continue to double and triple posting.
