I posted this in the main forum, but someone suggested trying in here. I have the need for a mod/custom work done. If anyone is up for a challenge. We don't have any money so all I can offer up is a thank you and a free tshirt(if they ever get made)
Here is goes:
The website is www.norcalmotocross.com

We have a section at www.norcalmotocross.com/ride.asp" target="_blank">http://www.norcalmotocross.com/ride.asp that displays various places to ride your motorcycle. I found some code that has a rankings system and set it up on this page and it is working fine. If you click on one of the locations you will see you have the ability to submit a review. That was all fine an dandy but people are submitting garbage and skewing the rankings. I have been trying to integrate my snitz users database. I want you to have to be logged in to post a comment and review. I know this wont totally eliminate invalid postings but it should help. Its OK if people vote/rank more than once, but I would like the flood feature. It is not necessary to keep the existing ranking system if a new one would be easier. i have tried using the poll mod, but It doesn't quite meet the need.

Thanks for the letting me babble and for any help.

It shouldnt be hard to require users to be logged in for them to do that... I believe there's a mod for this actually by an old buddy of mine @tomic - will search around for it.

Here you go, not exactly what you're looking for, but it will enable you to check if they're logged in from any page on your site, ergo making it easier to accomplish what you need to do.
