Whenever I try to open my Email Setup page, it gives me the following error:

Microsoft VBScript compilation  error '800a0411'

Name redefined

/admin_config_email.asp, line 183

dim i, j

I really have no idea how this could have happened... I didn't do anything to that page How can I fix this?

Just remove that line... shouldnt harm anything.

But the reason that's occuring is becuase "i" has been dimmed elsewhere, probably in config.asp or inc_header.asp

If you installed any mods that required adding that to either inc_header.asp or config.asp thats the cause.
