What do you mean when you sat it's not working? Are you getting an error message?

Does it do this for guests as well as members? It is possible for a visitor to block some of the info sent to a website. Which other mods have you installed that could affect Active Users?

You do have this feature turned on in the AU Admin Options, right?

Shaggy's question about it being turned on in the AU Admin Options is a key question. You should also check that you have made all the necessary changes in config.asp.
