You cannot do it here. You have to download the software on this page - http://forum.snitz.com/specs.asp and upload it to an asp capable server (Windows or Linux with Sun One).
Your host should be able to tell you if you can run asp pages on your website.
If you don't have a website, there are a few places that provide Snitz forums remotely hosted for you.
