When new users try to register it brings them to the policy.asp page where you must click "agree" to register. When the new user clicks "agree" it just refreshes the policy.asp page or brings you to the top of the page. Any ideas why. I have not made any mods to policy.asp page but i do have the avaiater, FAQ adminastration, guestbook, photo album, and basic statistics mods and all are working fine except the photoalbum. I am using MS Access and have version 3.4.05
Will test login be needed if it's a registration problem though ?
Do a search, this problem has been answered MANY times before, if it is "some" new users then they are running some firewall software - most probably Norton's Internet Security ... turn that off, or make your site "trusted", then they can register.
