I want to give the avatar images ther real sizes or another size, can someone help me with that?

Can I just say that if some weirdo wants to run a website showing sick stuff then so be it, I just won't visit. But to have a a banner add (401 x 104) showing somebody either severely beaten or possibly dead shoved in my face is out of order.

its not fixed in my opinion.

That website is not suitable for the younger users of this forum and I presume a lot of adult users would also be offended.
You should edit your posts above and include a warning that it contains violent images.

To have the original image size you need to remove the height and width attributes from the image tag in the topic.asp and pop_profile.asp.
