Anyone have a mod that will prevent users from being able to edit their posts after a specified time ? (say, keep users from editing posts, 30 minutes after the post was made)
The one titled MOD Posted Message Control was never finished and the links do not work, I was hoping there might be a working solution?

That's my code Rasure . You know I did a search for it a few days ago and I couldn't find it either.
Anyway I've done some more work on this trying to make it a better mod.
Features: On/Off in Admin Options Admin or Forum Moderators set edit/delete times for individual forums. Choose between minutes, hours and days (no more math).
I just need to go through it one more time to clean up the code and write a readme. Hopefully I'll have it posted in the Mods/W Code forum in the next day or so. |

Hope you didn't mind me posting it, as I said I did search for the original topic but no luck, what I tend to do now with any mods I use is make a copy of them, just in case.
I will look forward to future enhancements of your mod, very useful indeed |

I have them but they are littered with other MODs, won't help that much. What kind of an error are you having, if you want to send me the files I will take a few minutes to review them to gave a second set of eyes. |

What is the error message? Add the error message and the line of code it is referring to. |

I managed to implement edit time limit by the guides of cripto9t, but now administrator cannot delete the users, im getting this error message
"Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80040e37'
The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table or query 'FORUM_PM'. Make sure it exists and that its name is spelled correctly.
/snitz/pop_delete.asp, line 654"
