Is there a way to block people who access my Snitz 2000 v3.4.05 forum via public proxys? I am sure that everyone has that one users that after you ban them via IP or subnet, they just come back again using a public proxy.
Can what I am asking be done?
Right now, the board runs off of Windows 2003 Server and for routing/NAT I use Winroute Pro.

I was wondering how you could automatically identify a user coming in through a proxy server. Wouldn't you need a list of their i.p.'s so you could ban them?

Show us one of them phpBB MODS you talk about, that way people will understand what you want a little more and may be willing to help (if it's not too much work).
