Is there a way to get ASP installed on Apache. I am SOOOOO confused the websites i have seen have confused me on how to do it... I am watning to switch over... I currently just have PHP installe don it

Yes it can work on Apache with 3rd party software:

Sun One working

I DID search and this does NOT answer my question. My question was "How do I install ASP on Apache"

Also if your possibly looking for a "free" solution, you might as well stop now and save yourself a bit of time and effot :), the only half-decent ASP implementations on non-microsoft platforms (Apache included) are pretty much all commercial and will cost $500 or more just to get a look in.

I am probabl going to stick with IIS... I have found a ASP solution... ActiveHTML but i got confused while trying to install it into the .conf

I don't think Snitz works under ActiveHTML IIRC someone has tried that one in the past, isn't it also now a commercial product? I think they ditched the free version.
