I installed the mod as per the instructions. I get the paperclip and pop up window, it allows me to browse but when I try and up load I get this message

You need to clikk on the folder with the right button of your mouse and then chose properties and read the number of permission that has to be 777 or with front page the allow anonimous upload abd show in the browser Not all the servers let you have a dir with permission Ask to your provider
now I have another problem. I can upload the attachment no worries but when I click on the attachment I get file not found. The attachments url in the post comes up as
Have you changed the upload subdir and site variables in Myfile.asp? MyDomainName = "www.yourdomain.com" '## Use your domain name UploadFolder = "/forum/uploads" '## Use path to your upload directory from root
One of the files I uploaded with the mod is outputfile.asp this seems to change the path of the file in the post
here are edits I made in red
ForumURL = "www.mydomain" added this SUBFOLDER = "forum/uploaded" changed this from "uploaded" iconimage = "images/icon_paperclip.gif"
now I get page cannot be displayed error at upload
if I have subfolder = "uploaded" I get the wrong path (ww.mysite/uploaded/raul/picture.JPG ) if I manually edit the path in the post to www.mysite/forum/upload/raul/picture.jpg I see the picture in another window
