I bought an 80GB disc.

What is best?

1. One partition for the whole disc?
2. Or divide the disc into several smaller partitions?

Performance, speed and stability are my main concerns.

Thanks

80Gb is a small drive these days

Depends what you want to do with it wii, but I would keep it as one partition

Ha, well, I just have 10GB now, so 80GB is big for me.

Ok, I´ll keep it as one partition.

Thanks.

I used to create several partitions on large drives, but nowadays hard drives are so cheap, I just go with having multiple drives. So I too would say keep it one partition.
