Have that problem meself on one of memachines - pretty sure it's down to Norton Internet Security blocking the sending of HTTP_REFERER; the same problem that prevents some people from getting past policy.asp when trying to register. To get around it, you can either turn off that feature of NIS or apply one of the mods you'll find over at SnitzBitz
