1. Here's a link to the Portal MOD at SnitzBitz.
2. I believe they are working on bug fixes and updates all the time. The best place to check for this would be the DEV Discussions Forum. The more stable the current version gets, the longer between updates, but I would assume that the next release will be more for adding features than fixing bugs. They're also working on an International Version.
3. You can use the Front Page News MOD if you just want to have something that everyone will see. I haven't seen a MOD that allows the admin to email everyone, but you can search these forums for it or ask in the MOD w/o Code Forum. |
