I get this error whenever i use the chat mod that server hacker has in his modded forum:

Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80004005'

Could not delete from specified tables.


Anybody know a possible cause for this happening?

Sure, you need to set permissions on that folder to allow read/write by all.

thx...i was afraid that was so. Is it possible to set read/write permissions to get this chat to work on a Windows server? I use a Windows server.
