I can change languages of text, because our site is in Finnish and this forum in in English. For example those links Home | Profile | Register | ... Can I change these?
Or that text when you register so it would be in our language?

Hope you understand what i'm trying to say, my english isn't so good...

You'll have to edit the .asp pages to change the language of the text you mentioned.

For the Home | Profile | Register | ... these are in the inc_top.asp file.

The text that is shown before registration is in the policy.asp file.
