I'd like to put out an approx. one-page email newsletter in html. Any suggestions for how to design it? What software to people typically use for this?

Basically, I'll have a basic message/story and would like to be able to customize a header/footer for 2 different group lists.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Are you looking to do this web-based via a newsletter app, or by any means from a computer? (outlook, etc...)

I'll probably use phplist to mail to and manage the lists.
