I downloaded only the "changed files" from the upgrade link, and uploaded them to my server, replacing the old files. I then ran the new setup.asp. The "Powered by" link now indicates ver. 3.4.05.
However, I see no difference in my forum. I don't see any sign of new posting features, such as 'Sticky Topics' etc.
