error when deleting posts, but still it works.

Sometimes when i delete topics or posts i got this messages after the deleting:

But still the post/topic are gone, so after all it works?! I tried to figure out something in th pop_delete.asp file but could not understand it.
Anybody that could help?

The table FORUM_USERFILES is probably part of a MOD. I think it's part of Huw's File Attachment MOD. Do you have it installed?

Yes, i have tried to get som MOD files to work, but most of them don´t. What should I do?
