I have done this with a couple customers but they wanted .html pages to be processed by the asp.dll. They had great search engine rating on there site and wanted all the page names to stay exactly the same but add some database work to it.

I was thinking about trying this on a ASP Shopping cart and changing all the files from .asp to .html to see if it would help out any on search engine ratings. I doubt it will but was just curious
