Hi all .

First of all, I'm very sorry if this question was already asked: I searched but found nothing about my problem.

Here it is. I need to edit a few records directly in my DB (MySQL): I need to enter long badwords filter (I often use this function to create shortcut: for example, I digit /approved and the forum should replace it with a picture of a red "approved" graphics..).

The problem is, after directly editing the DB the forum doesn't seems to reflect my updates: it seems to use some old, someway "cached", information.

Any idea to force the forum to "drop cache" and re-get data from DB?

Thank for your time, any hint is very apreciated.

Hi, thanks 4 your reply.

Your hint doesn't work.

I workarounded adding a new "simple" filter after my db modification: this seems to purge the "cache".
