Hi,
I'd like to know in which file are these words that appears when a user is posting a new topics:
"Note: You must be registered in order to post a Topic.
To register, click here. Registration is FREE!
Before posting, make sure you have read this topic!"
I need to edit it.

p.s.: there's no way in order don't show the function "post a new topic" if a users is not logged or registered ? |
