I have someone trying to register who says that every time they click agree on the privacy statement the privacy statement page just re-appears.

I have had several other people register without any problems.

The issue will occur with users having firewalls installed in their computers. To avoid it, either instruct the users to shutdown their firewalls while registering, or install the Referer Mod.
