Is there any way I can print a list of the files in a folder from windows explorer? (XP Pro)
or copy the list of files (not the files themselves) to the clipboard?

Open an ms-dos prompt

cd to the directory you want to list the files of

type this at the prompt

dir > list.txt

Open list.txt in notepad & print
Podge.

Podge gave the preferred method, but if you want to directly print you can also send it directly to the printer doing this:

dir > lpt1:
